Most gyms don’t have any kind of programming for their classes. But at Groove, we're redefining the gym experience. We understand that the key to continuous improvement and sustained interest in fitness is variety and progression. That's why our classes are far from random or repetitive.

We believe in progressive 6-Week mesocycles. Every class at Groove Fitness is part of a meticulously planned 6-week cycle, inspired by training programs used by professional athletes. This structure ensures that each session builds upon the last, maximizing your performance and development.

As one cycle concludes, we evolve into the next phase, introducing new movement patterns and challenges. This not only keeps your workouts fresh and exciting but also prevents the common fitness plateau. Our approach is designed to foster continuous growth, keeping you engaged and improving.

But I have never trained like this, may be a phrase creeping into your mind. Not to worry! Our programming is designed for All Levels. Whether you're a fitness newbie or a seasoned athlete, our programs are tailored to meet you where you are. We prioritize your progress, ensuring that you're always advancing towards your personal fitness goals.

OPEN GYM

We know sometimes you just want to do your own thing. We offer open gym every day. You can come do your own program, walk on a treadmill, ride a bike, just row. Feeling sore from class the other day? Come on in and get some recovery in. Doors are open!

We value health above all else. Injury prevention is imperative to success! We offer regenerative yoga classes throughout the week. This is not your mama's yoga studio though. We will work on those sore muscles, and flexibility. This will not only restore your body but it will help in proper form for those lifts you do! Full depth squats, amirite?!

We know that finding someone to watch the kids so you can go do a workout can be hard. We have created a kids room so that kids can play while you workout! Equipped with a 75 inch tv and Disney Channel on demand!

Specific classes throughout the week even have our amazing babysitter...who herself is a grandma! 

They will be safe while you exercise right next to them! What more can you ask for?!
